Good location
Checked in and Kathy was super nice, gave us her number for any issues. Room was comfy with a fridge and stove, but the decor felt kinda old-school. The air conditioning worked great, but the parking situation was a bit sketchy at times. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for chilling outside. Could use some updates, though.

missingWrote a review on Dec 23spacious roomfamily-friendly vibe
We had a nice spacious room with a full kitchen. perfect for my kids who need to snack constantly. The pool area was decent, everyone enjoyed chilling there after a long day at the beach.
It wasn't cheap, but still manageable for a family trip.

missingWrote a review on Dec 18great locationresponsive servicequick check-inunprofessional servicepoor cleanlinessunsafe luggage storage
The location is really the only highlight. It's just a short walk to the beach, which was nice for sunset strolls. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The check-in process was frustrating. I called multiple times before arriving to confirm early check-in, but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. When I finally arrived, I was left standing in the rain waiting for a response about storing my luggage while I explored. The lady in charge suggested leaving my bags on patio chairs outside. That felt really unsafe and unprofessional. The room I saw looked outdated. The furniture seemed old and worn, and I noticed some water damage in the bathroom. There were some odd smells that didn’t feel welcoming. I opted not to stay after realizing the condition of the property. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Front desk communication and room upkeep need serious improvement.

missingWrote a review on Nov 27kind servicepool cleanliness
This place was just a good match for a short stay in Treasure Island with definitely value for money. The desk person was kind enough to show us a possible room when we arrived despite the reservation issue. Avoid if cleanliness is a priority as the pool area wasn't in good shape.

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!
I had a fantastic experience at this property! The staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. The nearby dining options offered delicious local cuisine, and I loved soaking up the sun on the terrace. For the best experience, try the fresh seafood restaurant just down the street!

missingWrote a review on Nov 07excellent meat dishesgulf side accommodationoverbooking issuepoor management assistancehigh stress experience
Arriving after a long 16-hour drive, we found a note that our reservation was canceled due to overbooking, with no prior notice from the establishment. The manager provided no assistance in finding new accommodations, leaving us stressed during a peak holiday week. While the meat dishes in the area were excellent, the utter lack of communication and professionalism overshadowed the experience, leading to a very disappointing trip.

We enjoyed our time at the beach, which was just a short walk away. The room was cozy, and we even found it easy to connect online while keeping an eye on our baby. It was nice having some family-friendly spots nearby!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they improved their early check-in process for families.

missingWrote a review on Aug 23great locationfun poolreservation issues
The location was awesome, just a short drive to the beach and local shops. We spent our days surfing and lounging by the pool, which was a highlight. Just a tip, check in on time to avoid any early arrival issues.
However, I’ve heard some guests had trouble confirming their reservations. One mentioned getting an email cancellation just days before their stay, which sounds really frustrating.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17decent-sized roomfull refrigeratorworking a.c.dated decormaintenance issues
The room was decent-sized and comfy enough. It had a stove, full fridge, and microwave, which were great perks. Decor was really dated and mismatched, but I didn’t mind too much. The TV is an old-school flat screen. A.C. worked well, keeping us cool. There were some maintenance issues like a broken kitchenette counter and a delaminated bathroom door. Parking felt sketchy, and the location was convenient with beach access.
